How can I create an account on kanvasbay?

Creating an account on KanvasBay is quick and easy! You can sign up using any of the following methods:

  • Email – Just enter your email address and set a password.

  • Phone Number – Use your mobile number for a fast and secure sign-up.

  • Google Sign-In – Log in instantly with your Google account.

Simply click on the Sign Up or Log In button at the top of the page to get started.

Is my personal information secure?

We never share your data with third parties without your consent, and all transactions are handled with strict confidentiality. Shop with confidence — your information is safe with us.

How can I change my password?

To change your password on KanvasBay:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to your Account Settings.

  3. Select Change Password.

  4. Enter your current password, then create a new one.

  5. Click Save to update your password.

 

I’ve forgotten my password. How can I log in?

Forgot your current password? Just click on “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it via email or phone.

Can I update my login email address?

Yes, you can update your login email address from your Account Settings.

Simply:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Account Settings or Profile.

  3. Select the option to Edit Email.

  4. Enter your new email address and verify it.

Once updated, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify the change.

What are the size, weight, and thickness of Poster?

We offer our posters in three sizes, all measured in inches (with cm for reference):

  • Medium: 12.8 x 18 inches (32.5 x 45.7 cm)

  • Large: 25.6 x 36 inches (65 x 91.4 cm)

  • Wide (Limited Edition): 38.4 x 18 inches (97.5 x 45.7 cm)

All posters are made from stainless steel with a standard thickness of approximately 3 mm.
They’re lightweight, sturdy, and easy to mount — perfect for any wall.

How should I clean my Posters?

To clean your poster, simply use a soft cloth with water and a little bit of dishwashing soap.

Gently wipe the surface to remove dust or smudges. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals to keep the stainless steel finish looking its best.

What type of metal are Posters made of?

Our posters are made from high-quality stainless steel (SS), offering a sleek finish, excellent durability, and resistance to rust and corrosion.

They’re built to last and give your space a premium, modern look.

Can I order a Poster with my own image?

Currently, we do not offer custom poster printing as a standard option.

However, we’re always exploring new features — so stay tuned! If custom prints become available, we’ll announce it on our website and social media pages.
In the meantime, feel free to contact our support team — we might still be able to help you with a special request.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

We don’t offer gift wrapping as a standard option, but we’re happy to help if you’re sending a gift!

Just contact our support team after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to assist with a gift-friendly presentation.

Is the mounting system included in the price of the poster?

Yes, each poster comes with a free mounting system included in the package.

There’s no need to purchase it separately unless you want an extra or replacement kit — which is also available on our website.

What type of surface is recommended for mounting?

For best results, we recommend mounting your poster on a clean, smooth, and flat surface such as:

  • Painted walls (non-textured)

  • Wooden panels

  • Glass

  • Tiles

Avoid rough, uneven, or damp surfaces, as they may reduce the grip of the mounting system. Make sure the wall is dry and dust-free before installation.

Is the mounting system reusable?

No, the mounting system is not reusable once applied.

However, you can easily order a new mounting kit separately from our website if you wish to reposition or hang a new poster.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship across India.

International shipping is coming soon — we’re working hard to make KanvasBay available worldwide. Stay tuned for updates!

Do you deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or mail box addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or mailbox addresses.

Please provide a full residential or business address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact our support team for guidance.

How can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address — but only before your order is shipped.

Please contact our support team as soon as possible with your updated address and order number. Once the package is dispatched, we won't be able to modify the delivery address.

Can I choose my shipping company?

At the moment, we do not offer the option to choose a specific shipping company.

We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order is shipped safely and reaches you on time. The courier is selected automatically based on your location and order details.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order — but only before it has been shipped.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, simply contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details, and we’ll help you cancel it. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

I forgot to apply a discount code. Can I receive a refund for the difference?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discount codes after an order has been placed or issue refunds for missed discounts. Please make sure to enter your code at checkout next time to enjoy the offer.

Can I modify or add an item to my order after it's placed?

Yes, you can modify or add items to your order — but only before it has been shipped.

Just reach out to our support team with your order number and the changes you'd like to make. We'll do our best to update it before it gets processed.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an invoice both ways:

  • A digital copy will be sent to your registered email after the order is confirmed.

  • A physical copy will be included in the package along with your product.

This way, you’ll always have a record of your purchase.

Can I get an invoice with company details included?

Yes, we can provide an invoice with your company details.

Just contact us after placing your order and share the necessary company information. Our team will prepare a customized invoice and send it to you promptly.

Can I request to not have an invoice included with my order?

As per regulations, it’s mandatory for e-commerce brands to include a printed invoice with all shipments.

However, if you're sending the order as a gift, we can help! Just contact us after placing your order, and we’ll do our best to minimize pricing details or include a gift-friendly note instead.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It depends on the courier service handling your order.

Some deliveries may require a signature or OTP confirmation, while others may allow doorstep drop-off. If you're unavailable, make sure someone at the address can receive the package, or check with the courier for alternative options.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Return & Exchange Policy:

I’ve returned my order. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. We’ll also notify you by email once the refund has been initiated.

What should I do if I receive a faulty Poster?

We're sorry if you received a faulty poster — we’ll make it right!

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the damage along with your order details. We’ll review it promptly and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the issue.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

  • To initiate a return, just contact our support team with your order details and issue.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process. Refunds or replacements are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I exchange any of your products?

Unfortunately, we do not offer product exchanges after delivery.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll help you with a return or replacement if eligible.

What if my package is missing some of the Posters I ordered?

We’re really sorry if any items were missing from your package.

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number along with photos of the package you received. We’ll quickly investigate and make sure the missing posters are sent to you or offer a suitable resolution.

What happens if part of my mounting system is missing from the package?

If any part of your mounting kit is missing, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

Just contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and share your order ID along with photos of the received package. We’ll verify the issue and send out the missing components as quickly as possible.

What steps should I take if I didn’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time:

  1. Check the tracking details sent to your email and whatsapp.

  2. Make sure the shipping address provided is correct.

  3. Look out for any delivery attempt notices from the courier.
