Shipping Policy

Kanvasbay ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.kanvasbay.com)("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Stock Availability:

We strive to keep our stock information accurate, but occasionally items may be out of stock. If some items in your order are unavailable, we will ship the available ones and contact you to choose whether you want to wait for the restock or receive a refund for the missing items.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on orders ₹250 and above within India.

  • For orders below ₹250, a shipping fee will be added at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional handling fee will apply.

Why is my order being shipped in different packages?:

If you order multiple items, they may arrive separately from different warehouses to get your products to you faster.

Delivery Terms :

  1. Dispatch Time
    Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). We work hard to minimize any delays.

  2. Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey.

  3. Domestic Transit Time
    Delivery within India generally takes 4–7 days, but may vary due to weather, lockdowns, or other regional issues.

  4. International Shipping
    Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available yet.

  5. Delayed or Lost Deliveries
    If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us at [email protected]. We will investigate and decide if a refund or replacement is warranted.

  6. Change of Delivery Address
    You can request address changes only before dispatch. Contact us promptly if you need to update your delivery details.

  7. P.O. Box & Special Addresses
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or mailbox-only addresses if courier partners do not support them.

  8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
    Our team will confirm your COD order via SMS or call. You must confirm or cancel at that time. Payment is collected upon delivery.
    Note: COD orders are not eligible for refunds but can be replaced if defective.

  9. Damaged Packages
    Report any damaged packages immediately to [email protected] with photos. We will assess and decide on replacement or refund eligibility.

  10. Return to Origin
    If your package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, we will resend it after receiving the original package. Additional shipping charges may apply. Refund eligibility will be assessed case-by-case.

Duties & Taxes

All prices on our website include applicable taxes. If additional duties or fees apply, these will be clearly shown at checkout and added to your total.

Cancellations:

You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or dispatched. After that, cancellations are not possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

  • We offer replacements if you receive a damaged or defective product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings are not grounds for returns or replacements.

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted if you simply dislike the product or ordered the wrong item.

  • For any disputes, you may be asked to return the product for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.

  • Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there are manufacturing defects. Print quality depends on the uploaded image resolution, which we cannot guarantee.

Fragile Items: For framed or delicate posters, report issues within 48 hours with photos of the damage and original packaging.


Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or refusal to accept delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed for cancellations within 4 hours or when replacements are not feasible for damaged prepaid orders.

  • COD orders are not eligible for refunds, but replacements apply for manufacturing defects.

  • Refund processing takes up to 7 business days.

If you receive a wrong item, notify us within 48 hours to arrange a correction.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale/Promotion items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product.
